Who he studies with is irrelevant, as is whether he has met Kuroda or not.Though Kuroda is obviously very skillful, his partner is extremely compliant.Whether they actually train like that or not is another matter. As is what one thinks of compliance in martial arts training...

Kata's are not to be realistic, they are to learn and train the principles of the school: Musoku no ho and juntaï for exemple.

I wonder how mant fake instructors there are in the US claiming to be students of Kuroda Sensei and teaching his art?
