Interesting concept but Djibouti is not Denmark and Yemen not Sweden. Get literacy then healthcare, democracy, woman vote. A free press, judiciary independent of rulers and dictators. Islam needs reform to bring it into the modern world and free thinking to challenge the old ideologies. How will they stem the mass flow of people travelling from Africa into the Middle East. African regimes are bedevilled by corruption with no end in sight for the betterment of the people
