I made myself a promise every since i remember to have GOOD SENSE that i would ~NEVER~ hit my girl or wife.. No matter wat me we go through i would never lay my hand upon a women. Its sad that men just best their gf's/wifes just for the simple fact they may have been abused my sum1.. I mean c'mon dudes we gotta show love to these ladies.. They make our life complete and people like the dude in the vid are killing women everyday over the same stupid shit.. This pisses me off

this is so true. why don't we have more songs about stuff like this, stuff that really matters? as sad as it is, this happens everyday, everywhere. this song has so much truth and so much emotion in it. we need more people willing to stop rapping about gangs and drugs and actually say stuff that makes since. ever since i was six, i knew that eve was extremely talented and these amazing lyrics prove it. it's a sad truth, and we need to make more people aware of it.

all my friends say this is their song to me cause it seems everytime i get into a relationship its abusive.but the song is a good song and i get mad everytime i hear it and/or rap it or w/e.people can be dicks and thats putting it nicely.i hate it when people dont kno danger when its right in their face but do it anyways cause love truely is blind.
