This is awkward. First he asks about the provenance of her name, and she explains that she was going for a "nationless" (無国籍) image. His question and/or her response hint at an accusation of exoticization of the foreign.Next he asks about the influence of French pop, what role she plays in the studio, and she gets pretty defensive, saying that there's a lot more going on than that, she's not just copying French pop, so then he backpedals, agreeing in exaggerated terms.
