5 million euros to set up this simulator at an officially sanctioned location (5 units parallel, for example) with booking times, etc, wouldn't be that much of an investment, not for a private institution, and not for the public roadworks.Even the greenies would love it!

People train on the street all over the world.. that simulator probably costs over 5 million euros. i doubt you can just set one of those up at the local driving school
