For the people saying Kakashi wouldn't be as strong without the Sharingan, Kakashi graduated the academy at the age of 5, became a Chunin at 6yrs and a Jonin at age 13, and that's without the Sharingan, if anything the Sharingan slows him down because it drains his Chakra, so Kakashi would still kick Zabuza's ass w/o the Sharingan.
