actually, it's isn't an astonishing card trick, it's a simple trick which uses "double lift" or "triple lift", you can google them to know. What made it seem to be unreal is 70% up to your act, you must be a good entertainer to do magic tricks

very simple.. just takes practice. he knew the top 3 cards of the deck and showed her the 2nd card on the top and then gave her both. he took her deck from her hands along with that second card therefore changing what she saw before. she now sees the 1st card on the deck
