you sort of have to push the minicon into the back more in. There is some tabs within the back, and when you push the minicon's front section into it so hard, it pushes these tabs, which in turn moves the yellow orange things on the side, which will then pop the wings down.Since I'm always playing with blurr without his minicon, I tend to push the yellow parts on the side to get his wings down.

odd there are ports but nothing in the middle of the ports to trigger it, however if i push a yellow/orange off to the side they do drop, cuz that is how I thought it would work but the ports like I said are hallow(hope I didn't get the error of the lot )
