Well,its too late to curb the power structure because it is well imbedded in the system,Its already established that they are well within the "law" to do pretty much anything they want now,so,you can do 1 of 2 things,join them or stay out of theyre way,considering as of 2005,supposedly 1/3 American citizens will be accosted by enforcers of some branch of the law at some point that figure is likely to change,but not for the better.
