It isn't. Some of the instruments are different, the beat doesn't have as much base, the drums are completely different... It's a lot more synthetic, too. It uses a midi based synthetic instrument that I can't remember the name of for what was originally an organ piece.

I agree man, the PSX version of this sounds way better to me.It could be that I'm used to the version in-game, but I don't think that's all there is to it.
