It's a small world because it Marcus Miller has clearly been listening to Peter Muller. In fact, he mentions him in his liner notes. Check out some of Muller's compositions like "Cairo" and "Eastbound," and you will see where "Blast" comes from.

This is "Blast" from the CD "Free". It is my favorite Marcus jam (so far).

Damn! What the F@#%$! is this song? I Love it!This is very new for Marcus.....somebody point in the direction of this album.

LOVING the comments `bout Marcus' new joint, "Blast" (from the Marcus CD, released today in the U.S.). "Funk with some curry," "Marcus is so sexy homegirl had to shut down her screen to concentrate on the music" and "this could be a crossover hit-dig the catchy riff!" From your lips to The Creator's ears!! Only bad thing about this clip is it cuts off the harmonica player's dap. His name is Gregoire Maret from Geneva, Switzerland. Lee Oskar, LOOKOUT!
