I only played this game on the Sega genesis. The amiga version has way better sound. Shadow of the beast 2 is a great game none the less.

It is possible to finish without using cheats, I did not use any in this video. The beginning is the hardest part, once you're past that, it's not so bad. Beast 1 is harder.By the way, you should much rather watch my re-recording of this game - it has much better quality and a text commentary. Check my channel and search for Shadow of the Beast 2 and you'll find it there.This was the first movie I recorded and I had no idea how to encode stuff properly, hence the horrible quality.

That was a real hard and not playable game. This sequence came very often. The only way to play this game was to use a cheat. But it had great graphics and animations.

Yes it's a great game. But please watch the re-recording I did instead... I re-recorded the entire game not very long ago (much better quality and text comments) :)
