Really? We did a 6 week trip (it's on our channel page) and each week we left from Toronto for the Riviera Maya, Cuba, Jamaica and Dominican (3 times). Five of those were with Sunwing and except for the Tropical Storm the last day of our adventure which delayed all flights for a day, Sunwing was usually leaving early.

Did you depart on time? 6-7 hour delays are the norm on sunwing, with people quite regularly missing entire days of their paid vacations due to Sunwing's tiny fleet.
