Its very rare,as I'm sure many here can attest,for a player of this technical ability to also possess such gutsy fire and emotional impact.He hits notes with an authority of feeling and power almost unheard of.Just brilliant playing.

I don't think the bass overpowers it... sure, he's loud, but the guitar playing isn't overshadowed or obscured. They exist in different frequencies, so even at competing volumes, the tones don't ever actually overlap. The quality of the bass tone isn't particularly high, and may be overdriving the camera's microphone, so I think that might be where the problem is. If it was a bit rounder and less "ratty" then I don't think you guys would be complaining about it being too loud.

Solo, you're on the money. When I was looking for your reply to my comment above, and the tune came on, my first thought was, wow that bass is over-powering. But what a player Scoott is. I don't know a great deal about him. I've only downloaded a few Tribal Tech tunes, but my GOD!

The bass player is just too noisy! Scott is the one who teachs here.This fusion player plays bebop phrases better than any bebop guitar player.4:44 - 4:53 Godlike!This is just amazing, and the use of the wahammy bar gives him a saxo similarity
