Rearmed is like the perfect update to this, it's pretty much exactly the same game, which is very very good for a nes game

other difference are the boss fights. They replaced the so-so bosses from the NES version and added better ones.

yea they are selling this game on the ps3 storeeverything Visual is remade with better graphicsthe game is still the same tho
