4 8 15 16 23 42 add up to 108. Every 108 minutes somebody has to punch in the computer those numbers and push a red button. Also, those are the numbers that a crazy man in an asylum kept repeating to Hurley so he memorized them and Hurley used those numbers to play the lottery, which he won. However, after Hurley won, bad things started to happen to him and everyone around him. Those numbers are also the coordinates to the island's location on the map. So far, that is all that has been revealed.
