If you kill, steal, seize property from, & coerce into forced labor camps: a minority of the populous. Use the resources you gain from plunder to create: Industrial, Service, and Agricultural Industry, as well as societal infrastructure (creating a new class of people: Nomenklatura) one CAN increase the GENERAL standard of living (i.e. for the majority)HOWEVER, increased standards of living for a society ARENT inherent justification for methodology.
