Murawski is clearly a better guitar player than Trey and Mercier is on par with Page. Gordon is levels beyond Rider (who is a very one dimensional bassist). No drummer for Creek can touch Fishman. Creek relied almost exclusively on Murawski to write the bulk of their original music and while his catalog is just wonderful, Phish peeled of TONS of popular songs. Max Creek will always be my favorite band but Phish is better. And I don't like Phish. I think that's a fair comparison.

i agree with maybe203. this is a week cover of an awesome song. they are talented musicians, but will never be on same level as creek. sorry phish heads.
