Dear brothers,I am surprised at the comments I have evoked. Ofcourse Bhai Saab Narinder Ji has the knowledge. I was simply talking about his voice and how he pitches the notes. I am sorry I have come across as being a bit brash. Everyone likes different styles and my favourite is Bha Saab Sarabjeet Singh ji Laddi.

If you are a regular listener to the Shabads recited(sung) by Bhai Narinder Singh, you would realize the profound knowledge he has about Gurbani and the Raagas. This tune business is for the commercial raagis and Bhai Saheb is way ahead of them. If you have some knowledge & interest about the Raagas then you would not comment like this. The other positive aspect of his personality is humility.

By the way I met Randhir ji after he peformed at 8.00am duty about 2 years ago. I have to say that I ove his style of deliveryregardsManjit

tunes are childish things for people like me, when we say raags, then its the skill of singer and his unique styles presentation.

any one who have a lil bit knowledge about music and singing can never say a word against bhai narinder singh ji.and this is the one of the best shabad of bhai sahib and i saw with my eyes that when bhai sahib ji finished kirtan at that place a crowd of sangat came to meet him and many big music knowledgeable people were there too and thet started touching feet of bhai sahib.

hahha manu seems to be a kid in music line.he has got a classical style and he do not care about tunes and he concentrate more on baani.if u are a regular kirtan listener from darbar sahib then u wud realize that its onlt bhai narinder singh ji and bhai randheer singh ji who recite new shabads everyday and rarely repeat any shabad done b4.so this tune business is only for making market in industry.bhai sahib is more in classical singing and do kirtan in raags
