proxy server will get you ban i had 1 install on my network and it ban me use it for when im over sea as thailand ban youtube and such things need 1 but a simple email to suport and i got the thing fix

We use NetSupport Manager, it's a great product, not free, but way better than most Remote Control products I've used.

I use Synergy ( took long to figure out, but I LOVE IT ) , and ultraVNC ( open source ) Dameware. also I like Radmin best. You have to pay for Radmin, but worth it.
