Ahh, this is such a great film. Definitely one of the best to send to someone who has never heard of parkour before, and you want to show them what it's really about.

Yeah Nice Docu, very nice! It wil help people to understand what parkour reaky is and i think parkour realy will help against crime and kids on the streets. They have new goals, movement and fun! Great work guys!

I would think that if they trained the kids in gymnastics it would be good conditioning and would mix well? Just my opinion.
