But you have to admit the Chinook is a bad ass looking heli, and it should be able to carry a good bit of weight. I have heard that it wanders around in the air a little bitI saw your videoTAMIYA CALSONIC NISSAN SKYLINENice.Hope you didn't completly destroy your camera you need to make a video of your Chinook in action, I have a feeling you could put together something pretty cool.

Well, T-Flyer... As always, EXCELLENT flying and cam-work! Ur my inspiration. Check out my helmet-cam vid of my flight inside the house. I've been flying the E-Sky Lama V3 about a month and a half and this is my 1st effort at recording it on helmet-cam.

Hm couldn´t really get mine controlled well^^But I think that it needs some traininge and then maybe ill put a video of it online ;D you may watch it then^^

The 4 channel version is very precise and it handles like a dream.
Wobhero (December 31, 1969 at 6:59 pm)
yeah mine is 3 channel figured oput myself that this is the reason ... but 4 channel is better to handle and more exactly isn´t it?
taoistflyer (December 31, 1969 at 6:59 pm)
Is yours a 3 channel version or a 4 channel version, the horizontal tail is mostly on 3 channel helicopters. It is used for forward and revers movements. The tail is just for show on this one, all the forward backward left right movements are controlled with a swash plate.

I got myself a lama v3 with a horizontal tail rotor. is it better with a vertical rotor?I could´nt figure out to fly my one as good as you do fly your one.. although youre a way better pilot
taoistflyer (December 31, 1969 at 6:59 pm)
It is a hundred times easier to fly then a single rotor helicopter, it's not as fast, but it is the best way to learn to fly. |
