Also, I don't think it's cause his voice trembled on five that he tested five. I think it's because, at the time, it made it more tense. You're thinking "FUCK!! HE DOESN'T KNOW WHAT HE'S DOING!!! HE'S GONNA DIE!!!"

God, I remember watching this when it first aired. I was shitting bricks, despite the fact that obviously he wouldn't have done it if there was any chance of failure. I can see why Sonictunic would find it boring. Watching it in hindsight removes all impact. We know Derren Brown lived to make another series.But at the time... Good telly!
