Also i wish more black youth would step outside the rhelm of labeling guitar and stuff like we see here as white. Most black youth label the guitar as white but are ignorant of the fact that some of the very best guitar players were black. So much emotion comes out of eddies and hendrix playing. We need to realize that is ok to be different and everybody deosn't have to be a rapper.

Eddies personal problems kinda stopped him from having the recognition and appeal of hendrix. Hendrix is better. I don't think anyone is close to hendrix. But Eddie definately is tight. I think eddie could shame clapton, SRV, and JIMMY PAGE. I shutter to think what the show would have been like if hendrix and hazel were on the same stage and jumped on a beat like this. LOL WOW!!!

yea, i'd say eddie can boogie more then jimi but eddie can tear up a straight-on attack if he wanted to. listen to his solo on "alice in my fantasies" and "super stoopid". thats interesting about jimi hanging with george and eddie. you have any sources to back that up?

Hey, Taki, do you know if this solo is on any live CDs?

hazel and hendrix had the same spirit jimi told eddie that himself before his death you know gc used to hang with jimi before they both discovered the joys of acid. hazel and hendrix were both similar in their guitar playing both went into their own zones but hendrix was a little more out there not much it's like jimi's up front and eddie has his hand in his pocket.

Hendrix, but Hazel is a fucking monster and should be more widely recognised in my opinion
