Hello Steve I've been doing yoga since I was 5 coz' its a family tradicion(we are from brasil) and I'm really flexible, but a little overwieght just like you describe it. Just in case anybody was wondering of a real experience with yoga

Imo strength and endurance. Strong bones and a healthy heart, you will get flexible with weight training too.

When it comes to aging: Is flexibility more important (hence, yoga or pilates) or is it strength and endurance (so, weights and cardio)? What should one concentrate on to delay body aging?

Skinny guys shouldn't follow the advice I offer for losing weight. That's not they're trying to achieve. They should eat more by eating often and lift heavy (at least for them) weights. That's how it's done naturally. |
