My advice would be to stay home. I don't care if I get called a xenophobe. The rest of the world is just as hateful as they claim we are. Dirty, arrogant Europeans. China and Korea suppress the individual and kill babies. Russia's evil lies dormant, but it will one day resurface. The Middle East is still locked into the dark ages. They kill women if they are raped, placing the blame on them for being victims. Thailand is into white slavery and human trafficking. I could go on all day.

Americans do a lot of nice movies, but those kind of movies, showing only atrocities just sucks xD. Well, I am brazilian and I must say we have a lot of problems with violence, but even in the jungles, there is no serial killers stoling turist´s organs xD. Little cities like that in the movie use to be peacefull without partisans or gangs. There are violence in big cities, but not in turist´s places. If you dont believe me, just Google Images "Copacabana" ;)

Brazil has 190.000.000 inhabitants already, why would any organ's smuggler mob need to wait for scarce occasional tourists to robb when they have a plenty of native people on hands to attack... Ridiculous.
