Thanks. I had a pet rabbit for about 8 yrs. He was "previously enjoyed" and I took him in when the original owners felt they no longer wanted him. He was the best pet I ever had. I found an awesome vet at the small animals clinic at Guelph University (Ontario, Canada). Very important. Bunny proofing is essential as well as a good caregiver when you go away. How are you so sure if you do not try. Rabbits are not like dogs and will not respond in a way to please you. They have their own agenda. However, you can exploit that behavior and make it work for you. You have to just let them think it is al their idea. Not all bunnies like to go outside but most do. Ours has tantrums if he does not get outside in the yard to play. Check put my vids to see.

I hate to dispute with jesus but, you are dead wrong. Cages are for criminals, not bunnies. They may be loved by you and they may be healthy (although I wonder if you know what healthy rabbit is), but there is no way they are happy. The people in this vid are trying to educate people, they are not being haughty. You're an asshole.

i never let my rabbits out of the cage outdoors..because it will be extremely hard to catch it..i have to hug him with towels or else he will scratch my hands..XD
