Think of it like this though. Bach lived to be 65, Mozart lived to be 35. Look at how many pieces Mozart put out in his short lifetime, and now imagine everything he could've put out if he would've lived to be Bachs age. Mozart had more raw musical talent than anyone ever to live in my opinion, but no man is an equal to Bach when it comes to counterpoint.
