just shedding heat....i cut a chunk of a heatsink from a large vga card heatsink and glued it on with thermal epoxy.go for the quark to really push it without catching your esc on fire.

i have a normal mamba 25 esc and was lookin for another motor to put in my car with it. but i didnt think that the mamba 25 could handle a 9200kv motor, whats the limit on this esc that i've got, and have you had any problems with the set up you have?

nowadays i'd go with the quark esc, the mamba esc is nice and i like having the ability to program it. i guess it depends on what you want to do? bash like us and go for the quark or actually race it and use the mamba25 with programming to tame it.

brushless and lipos are king. motor mount definately has to be changed. in regards to steering, set front toe in a bit-that will help keep the front straight. hs81mg and 85mg? are the servos to use for this car as well(81mg for racing, 85mg for bashing-more torque to turn at full speeds)

are you running the xray servo saver?If not buy that one,also go with a hitec hs-85 servo or better from the same company.This is common with the m18's |
