Tommy February and Tommy Heavenly are the same person -- their just her alter ego's, February has more of an 80's synth pop sound while Tommy Heavenly has more of a punk sound.

The choreography of the video isn't that great. But I find that with each video I've seen with her in it.However, she has a very melodic voice and the songs are a delight to listen to while I'm doing something else. =P

Tomoko Kawase is Tommy's real name and the february6 is all her more girly-pop music and heavenly6 is more punk-pop style.
