I don't support corporate welfare, and understand that ethanol's worse for the environment than fossil fuel (when production is taken into account), but I like how he says that Bush isn't protecting America by letting the environment be ruined.

I like the idea of improving the usda food inspection. Currently the food sold in store is definitely NOT inspected as much as it should be.

The expansion of Broadband Internet Access that Bill mentions can also help make rural schools more competitive with larger\richer schools, as well as help promote telecommuting, which reduces traffic and pollution, aiding in the fight against Global Warming.

It took an environmental disaster... The Dust Bowl... to force Republicans in Congress in the 1930's to finally come around to reality and do something to help farmers. History is repeating itself. |
