if jesus was real i dont think he would want ALL THESE PEOPLE wirshiping him in order to get his attention and make it to were he likes u more than anybody else because he likes all people equal correct?he wouldnt care what we do as long as we dont go on killing sprees like phsyco maniacs and stuff.

However, there are many pastors that are not these televangelists and faith healers that do have some very good things to say and are truly presenting biblical truth. The thing I would ask of you is to look more at what Jesus taught and did than what people who call themselves Christians do... He is the true one to follow. I really hope you find the truth you're looking for and I will pray that you do!

In fact I even heard of one of them that would take prayer requests before the service with the persons name and address and then he would have one of his staff read what was on the card to him during the service (through his headset) and would claim to get a word from God for them and they would believe based on him being able to provide the problem they needed solved without them "telling" him... He was simply out to make a buck.

Hey there Greg,I do understand where you're coming from when it comes to televangelists. I am a christian and believe very strongly in Christ and the need for redemption through him, however I think andypsa51 made a great point about the people who are basically con men and using the bible to make a buck. These are wolves in sheeps clothing and I like you would not want to risk being fleeced by one of them...
