Good question, but I think Ricky is sincere. It was rumored he himself was a victim of child abuse (RUMORED I stress, & said to be what made him gay). He has been dedicated to this charity for many years now, sponsors kids who he personally rescued from the streets & visits orphanages around the world.Pretty sure this celeb is sincere
