"Brazilian wood flooring"? Looks like Pergo to me. What happened to the original wood flooring? Having that and a complete and true brick, original exterior (read NOT Chicago facades) MIGHT warrant the price. This is the nightmare of a real estate agent that gives them all a bad name.
