breaking the arm with a block is a fantasy. you need to separete that from reality. reality is that on the streets no one will atack ya with one punch you will receive one after another and unless ya r jaki chang ya can do like 100 blocks in a minute. and i bet ya no one will atack ya in the robotic like in the karate practice were the other person starts his or her atack from zentsuku dachi .
