Have to share something- I loved Tony Carey in High School- just was listening to 'First Day of Summer' and then decided to search for another song I enjoyed in high school but havent heard since- Behind the Barrier- I had no idea it was Planet P- no wonder I liked it! Thanks for posting-

I totally agree, I don't see how anyone could imagine that Pinkworld was some dumb ripoff of the Wall, that's ridiculous! It's not as if the lyrics are clouded in metaphor, they were both pretty straightforward in their meaning, and obviously very different! thanks for posting it!

Great Stuff Pinkwrld, I have been into P since it came out. Back thru the Wayback Machine. Never knew there was 'Pink World' I thought P was a one hit wonder with 'why me'Alas my ignorance.I am trying to d-load this on my reputable site.got all but 6 songs. Man 'Pink World " is going for 60 $ on e -bay. Wore out 2 copies of P's first lp. Thanks for bieng here and turnin me on to Pink World._Bob

Oh really, lets put it to you this way, when you record 4 albums, and not make a dime because all your money was embezzeled by Mr.Hauke. Pink World wasnt a grasp..let me see, Tommy,El Dorado, Time,Joes Garage even Sgt Pepper for that matter and the list goes on. So a concept album is just that, most of these guys who did this stuff in the 80's dont remember it anyway hahaPinkwrld

sorry dude but you are so so wrong, Tony has answered that same question over and over. The two concept albums you compare, 1 of an aging rockstar, loves his heroin, and hallucinates like a son of a bitch, play em both back to back. PW is on my myspace page in its entirety.
