Actually, In WW2 Germany declared war on US. The Bosnian war was a NATO operation, in reality started by Wes Clark (Clinton was opposed to it). Democrats did not start the Iraq war (GOP had both congress and president), nor did he start the war in Afghanistan (that was a UN mandated NATO operation, started by the Bush administration). You obviously have no idea what you're talking about.. Kind of like FOX.
