I haven't eaten a donut in almost three years. And I guess I am an amateur, since I certainly don't get paid to do CrossFit. But I have been doing CrossFit for several months now, and training seriously for a few years before that.By the way, you were the one who said "wich (sic) reminds me i (sic) need to get fit again."

You really are an idiot. These are kipping pull-ups and they are the standard for CrossFit. Kipping, a gymnastics skill, is actually very hard to master. So go read up, then try again.

i've never taken any steroids or pefrormance enhancers, im 14 and only 120 pounds, but im stronger that most kids my age cause of crossfit, i mainly train in crossfit and still win lifting comps, and im a boxer/MMartist and most of them use metcon training dumbass

your an idtiot, she not just swinging her body, its a technique called kipping, what it does is use and incorporate different muscles, and kippining is actually a very hard technique to master, and its just as good for u as regular pullups, u've obviously never done crossfit

that is not pull ups lol shes bloody swinging to get her momentum ne one who thinks they are doing anything good when doing a pull up like that is nuts. but as below youve said youve come along way you'd need to have. wich reminds me i need to get fit again.

Don't get me wrong though... Everything else does look very good, I am amazed at the chinups. My Dad's an old pole vaulter/gymnst and scoffs at kipping chinups, but I understand the reasons for kipping)! BTW... You also have gorgeous glutes!
