chuck you are fucking retarded. You can download songs on the iphone even faster. in 10 minutes i downloaded 400 songs and got all the updates. And no ones gives a shit that apple steals stuff from other phones. Samsung, LG, Motorola, and all the other companies have stole from each other. Lets looks at the phones. And I dont know about the 25% shit, but the iphone never failed me in 3g, even when i was on the road.

see this is what i hate, people who dont understand that FEATURES IS ONE FUCKING THING! NOT 50 THINGS, ITS PART OF THE FEATURES! Chuck, insitnct doesnt beat iphone in call quality, music and video quality, interface, looks, games, wifi, or even internet. And plans dont really count, its only if youre poor or if you dont wanna pay for the iphone. People who consider price or payment in comparisons are fucking cheapass douchebags.

Well I just went out and bought the instinct. And although the instinct is a nice phone. They both are different. They say the iphone is a smartphone and the instinct is a multimedia phone. They both have the same capabilities... but the iphone and its music directory is by far better than the Telus or sprints version. You need to start this crappy program that telus had for mp3 phone 4 years ago. They need to make it look and feel somewhat similar to the iphone. I think that will the the killer

dont forget that apple stole the look and design and touch from LG, so apple hasnt made anything so if apple will do anything they will steal another companys features or input in the future, speaking about future...the Samsung Omnia and other phones are even better then Instinct, and Instinct beats iphone out in every category...price of device, plans, features, webspeed, 3G coverage, battery life..the list goes on and on and on and on and on...

People, keep in mind that the iPhone is the first phone Apple has released. Remember the original iPod? Look at how far we've come now. Give Apple some time. They'll pull out ahead as usual. And the Instinct was modeled as competition for the iPhone, while when the iPhone came out, there was no real competition; it was a limited market.

Quagmire, you are correct about the features, the quality, style and touch and price and plans and webspeed all go to Instinct. apples laptops where just rated least reliable in june 2008 consumer reports this coming from a cmptr company in there 2nd or maybe 3rd year in the phone industry? Samsung has been mnaking quality phones year after year, rated #1 in customer loyalty 7 yrs in a row. also Sprints 3G covers 5 times more then at&ts, numerous complaints aboyt at&ts 3g coverage, signal, calls
