I don't know who's a bigger scammer, these people claiming to be Dr.Phil,Or Dr.Phil himself who hasn't had a license to practice in over 10 years because his license was pulled by the state board for a relationship with a 19 year old patient.

He has a PHD as a clinical psychologist. So technically he is a therapist. Even though he has been sanctioned for unethical practices in TX. Which makes it funny that the scammers lived there. Maybe he use to work with them before.... when he sold his weight lost products. I wouldn't let this guy give therapy sessions to my gold fish.
