Obama is more right wing than Bush - he's just another representative of the same elitists who precide over a totalitarian system posing as a democracy - What was left of the US Constitution was killed off with Patriot Acts 1&2 - Until there is honest money and real democratic representation there will be serfdom, subservience and wars for the benefit of the few - People need to wake up.

we are "liberated" as long as we dont disagree with the power structure. I served in Vietnam 1968-69; 60,000 of us died for THAT outright lie; I am praying GOD comes down to earth in 2012 and punishes the SCUM running the world today; it cant get much worse...I dont vote...WHY bother?

My fav is the taxing of the super rich. I also like his retirement plan, which isn't profound but sill good. His view on abortion is good as in being prochoice but making attempts to discourage it while encouraging thorough sex ed and birth control. Hes in complete support for net neutrality which, If I am not mistaken, McCain is not for. OBAMA 08!!

DominationCorpAnd, by the way, I used to be a Libertarian for several years and am very much in agreement with many of the Libertarian views. I switched to democrat to be able to vote in the primaries in my state for the obvious reason that, at least this time in history, no third party candidate has anywhere NEAR the numbers to defeat McCain which is paramount in my opinion. I will still advocate for the DEM's to adopt Libertarian points of view were ever possible.Vote Obama 08!

DominationCorp -Now, most people think that rasing taxes (even though only 5% of Americans would actually have their taxes rasies is a bad thing. But, you cannot FIX what is wrong with our government, and what it spends money on by not FUNDING the programms that have been approved, but instead borrow that money from our childrens futures. The debt is so big now due to the fraudulent economic policies of the neocons over the past 28 years that we have a SUPER mess now.

DominationCorp -One important change that MUST occur and that Obama proposes is to raise taxes on the those making over $250K back up to at least the Regan first term level while giving the poorest Americans some tax relief. We must start dealing with the massive national debt which was largely caused by reduction of taxes on the wealthy. Capital gains being only 15% right now has also contributed imensely to the debt. Capital gains also needs to be put back up to 28% as during Regan.
