no, because there is white gangsters, infact gangs were created by white people *shock*Wanksta originally was used by Eazy E to describe Dr. Dre cause he was a "Studio gangsta" IE a guy created to be gangsta to appeal to rap fans. Eventually it began to reflect white people acting like black rappers ,most likely cause the W in the word.

I wouldn't call it acting black. Hip hop is popular to the high school kids in japan, so it came obvious for the j-pop stars that gradually lost popularity to switch over to hip hop, ala Naime Amuro. She use to be a big j-pop star, till Hip hop became more popular, so she switched to Hip Hop, and now shes the biggest Hip hop star in Japan. Catering to kids is easy.
