no i dont think u commented wrong. she is lip syncing but only partly. she sings in the video but they also record it at a studio then combine the two together and edit the her voice a little bit to smooth out cracks in her voice and enhance the overall quality of the mvlol sorry i sound nerdy 8]

Well, all artist when doing pvs/mvs lipsinc. Duh. It's just mabye the director/staff doing this video, just sucks and can't match up greatly.
