Beautifull video, the spirit of judo,"gentle way","Maximum Efficiency" and "Mutual Welfare and Benefit".The respet to sensei and humillity of student. I train my self whit an old judoka, hes 75, and i fall everytime he graves me. All hes life he trains really hard, now he teaches, i know then he knows, i dont need to fight whit him and win to feel my self a judoka
