Levon is right. All we got in SE Arkansas is poor black folks and jails. We try to get Japanese auto plants to move in, but they look around and head east. Damn sad.

Levon is right. There's nothing left of the southeast Arkansas cotton towns. Helena is a horrible black slum. All we got is prisons.
