Hmmm...only 6 deaths caused by Blackwater 'mercenaries" in just 2 months?But where is the liberal outrage at far more deaths in 2 months caused by foreign fighter "mercenaries" of Al Qaeda and muslim religous fanatics that pour across the borders?Blackwater killing a few Iraq civilians by accident is horrible. But foreign mercenaries blowing up innocent men, women, and children on the street and in the markets is A-OK.Yea...the typical lib shit, as usual.

you really don't get it do you? i think you will find that jeremy scahill has done all the research that you will need to understand that the US has a real problem. sadly the problem stems from people (like you perhaps?) who think they have the right to lawlessness during active service. i suggest you do as you preach and get the real answers, you'd be suprised... enough said.

The only real thing you got right was the overbearing Politicians. The problem is there was one major reason and that was the USSR. We couldn't hit certain sites if they had Soviet advisor's present. If we struck and killed them then it would heavy pressure on Moscow to respond to loss of Soviet men at the hands of Americans. At that time we just come off of over ting a nuclear war with them, so no reasonable Politician in DC would risk that again and put the handcuffs on.

My father did 4 tours there and you don;t know what the fuck you're talking about. The US negotiated a cease fire with the north and withdrew it's combat forces. it took another 2 years for the North to over run the South. The problem was that the South didn't want to fight and many in the South Supported unification, even it was under Communist rule. Also, the Vietnamese people had been fighting for a very long time and were highly organized. My dad was a tunnel rat and can tell that.
