Your entitled to your own opinion but I wouldn't call her 'ugly'. However I wouldn't go as far as calling her beautiful either. I really do not see anything quite breathtaking about Kristin. She's more cute than beautiful. Don't get me wrong, I totally want to cuddle with her!
