Seems like u got a nice surprise. I didn't go as father in law - ex vulcan electrician & hubby aircraft enthusiast were not happy with reports that it would only be on static display. Though as it happens we saw, heard & felt it take off as we were on the road nxt to the runway on Sat by sheer luck! :)

shes got he display clearance, she is going to be diplaying for the first time in 15 years!!!!i cant believe they've done it!!!!

Any more news on the Vulcan at Waddington? I can see a photo on the website but still no news on the flying display....Or is it going to be one big nice surprise?? :))
