She's one lucky girl to be alive; despite of her serious injuries she sustained when she fell a good few hundred feet below. God was definitely watching over her.

Someone who's better at physics than me: Would it have been possible for her to have hit the water in the pool, even perhaps at the more shallow end, and have her sustain no injuries? Could she hit the pool in the first place, and if so, would it have slowed her down enough to have prevented her injuries or would it perhaps make it worse? Your thoughts?...
