yes, its a tribute.google it, this video was how i discovered this song =D. if u look closely into the lyrics you can discover so many inside jokes like: "katherine zeta flirts"(thats refering to philis because she plays catherine in michaels screen play, i also love how the creator of this video did the research and put a clip of philis to this line =D) and theres many more jokes like that. bobble head joe! lol ahh conflict resolution *reminisces*
